A fast effective way of adding grass to your sports pitch without affecting its every day use. It’s a simple method; we have an over seeding machine that applies grass seed whilst spring tines are agitating the soil for the grass seed to be able to germinate in the hard surface. All our grass seeds are premium sports mix which are calculated and supplied by reputable registered suppliers.

Vital for for keeping the right nutrition in your soil creating strong grass growth all year round. Timing is crucial for fertiliser application as well as using the right one at the right time of year. We offer a soil sampling service which gives us the information required to apply the correct fertiliser to your soil to keep a constant balance of nutrition throughout the year. We can either apply it with a tractor spreader for those large sports fields or we have a small pedestrian spreader for bowling greens and cricket squares.

Regular use of chain harrows and spring tine harrows is a great way to loosen any new thatch and put some life into the soil surface and works well to encourage grass growth.

Flattens scuffed areas and encourages grass growth. Our heavy tractor roller will flatten the badly scuffed areas, and help towards encouraging grass growth.

Removing the dead thatch and moss from the base of the grass will more than double the amount of grass on your field making it another important process to encourage grass growth and root stability. We have various machines to cover bowling greens, cricket squares and large sports fields.
